Art Chapter: Drawing Again P3

It’s been a bit over two months since I started working at my new job. It took me a while to adapt. I did keep up with my Excel course and recently started an intro to UX. I didn’t have a lot of time for art, but soon I’ll have a week of vacation and I’ll start my art routine back up.

I’m thinking of using Blender again. I have an idea for building a blacksmith’s workshop. I will most likely be annoyed with the result, but this time I’m just going to have fun with it. I’m not going to let perfectionism overpower my love for my passion.

The idea for the smithy is a secluded blacksmith somewhere near a forest. He built his smith around a giant stone sword. His house is oddly shaped. I’m going to explore this more, so I can’t describe it properly yet.

I’m also thinking that an old, rusted giant sword could be a good idea too. In my head, I’d like to explore it a bit more and maybe come up with a short story, with the drawing at the end.

Anyway, below are some studies I did recently. Learning to paint again is harder without a teacher, but I’ll get there. Now that I’ve adapted to the work rhythm, I’ll spend more time drawing.
